SomaYoga is a therapeutic blend of somatics, yoga postures, and nervous‑system retraining that helps you release unconscious tension and move with more ease. With small, intentional movements and nervous-system awareness, you release long-held tension, strengthen what’s underused, soften what’s overworked, rebuild stability, and reconnect with your inner strength.
